Hyderabad: Actor Allu Arjun, along with his wife Sneha, visited the Hyderabad home of Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister and actor Pawan Kalyan. The visit came after a fire accident in Singapore injured Pawan Kalyan’s younger son, Mark Shankar.
Allu Arjun and Sneha personally inquired about the child’s health and offered their support to the family. Though their visit was delayed, it is seen as an effort to show unity after receiving criticism for not responding earlier.
Earlier, Chiranjeevi and his wife Surekha had immediately flown to Singapore to be with Pawan Kalyan’s family. However, no one from Allu Aravind’s family responded at the time of the incident, which led to backlash on social media and among fans.
Despite past differences between Pawan Kalyan and Allu Arjun—especially during the Andhra Pradesh elections when Allu Arjun supported a opposition party—this gesture is being viewed as a sign that their family bond remains strong beyond political issues.
What stands out is that, even after such a serious accident involving an 8-year-old, where Mark suffered burns on his hands and legs and faced breathing issues, many actors from the film industry have not publicly expressed their support. Usually, actors react to minor news on social media, but in this case, there has been silence.
Mark Shankar returned to Hyderabad on April 12 with his parents, Pawan Kalyan and Anna Lezhneva. On April 13, Anna visited the Tirumala temple and fulfilled a vow by offering her hair. She also served food at the Vengamamba Nityannadana Satram and donated Rs 17 lakhs to the Sri Venkateswara Annaprasadam Trust in the name of her son.
