GHMC Commissioner Karnan inspects development works in Serilingampally

Accompanied by Serilingampally Zonal Commissioner Borkade Hemanth Sahadev Rao, the GHMC Commissioner inspected the second phase of the Shilpa Lay Out work from Malkam Cheruvu and Gachibowli to Kondapur.

Hyderabad: GHMC Commissioner RV Karnan on Saturday directed the officials to complete the second phase of Shilpa Lay Out work from Gachibowli to Kondapur by the end of May.

Accompanied by Serilingampally Zonal Commissioner Borkade Hemanth Sahadev Rao, the Commissioner inspected the second phase of the Shilpa Lay Out work from Malkam Cheruvu and Gachibowli to Kondapur.

After walkers complained about sanitation and dog infestation at Malkam Cheruvu, the officials were asked to take steps to ensure that walkers do not face any problems. The officials were also instructed to take appropriate measures to prevent storm water drains from entering the lake.

Karnan inspected the work of the three-lane by-direction Shilpa Layout Flyover from Gachibowli to Kondapur. The engineering officials said the work of BT and LED lights on the flyover was going on and the service road work would be completed in 15 days if the land acquisition process of about five properties was completed. The Commissioner then ordered that it be completed by the end of this month and directed the Zonal Commissioner to complete the land acquisition process as soon as possible.
