Hyderabad: The officials of various government departments on Tuesday visited the building at Gulzar Houz where 17 people lost their lives in a fire incident on Sunday.

Officials of the revenue department, fire services, forensic department and local police inspected the premises and recorded notes in detail about their findings.

The Charminar police had registered a case on Sunday after the incident after one of the relatives of the people who died in the incident made a complaint.

The police have already asked different government departments to visit the place and conduct an investigation to ascertain the exact cause of the fire.
