Man dies after being hit by BJP leader’s car in Telangana’s Nagarkurnool

Nagarkurnool: A man died after being hit by a car allegedly belonging to BJP leader Bharat Prasad in Nagarkurnool district. The victim succumbed to injuries while undergoing treatment in Hyderabad.
According to locals, Chatamoni Ramulu (40), a resident of Gattu Ravipakula village in Telakapalli mandal, was returning home on his two-wheeler when he was reportedly hit by Bharat Prasad’s vehicle near Kollapur junction. The BJP leader was travelling from Achampet to Nagarkurnool when the accident occurred.
Ramulu sustained severe head injuries and was initially treated at Nagarkurnool General Hospital and later shifted to Hyderabad where his condition deteriorated before succumbing to his injuries.
Police have registered a case and investigation is on.
