Watch: Driver escapes unhurt as moving car catches fire in Hyderabad

The car was heading from the city toward RGI Airport when, near pillar number 311 on the PVNR Expressway, the driver noticed smoke emerging from the engine. Moments later, flames erupted, prompting the driver to quickly pull over to the roadside and exit the vehicle.

Hyderabad: A car driver had a miraculous escape after fire broke out in the vehicle on Wednesday night at Rajendranagar.

The car was on its way from the city to the RGI Airport when the vehicle reached PVNR Expressway pillar number 311 the driver noticed smoke coming out from the engine. Before he could stop the vehicle, fire started from the engine and the driver parked the car on the roadside and rushed out. A fire tender from Rajendranagar fire station reached the spot and doused the flames.

The car was completely gutted in the fire.
