Hyderabad: Minor girl ends life in Hayathnagar

The girl identified as Meenakshi, a class nine student of a private school in Hayathnagar lived with her parents, who worked as construction workers and her siblings

Hyderabad: A minor girl was found hanging in her house at Ranganayakula Gutta in Hayathnagar on the city outskirts on Tuesday. Police, who suspect death by suicide, said the reason was yet to be known.

The girl identified as Meenakshi, a class nine student of a private school in Hayathnagar lived with her parents, who worked as construction workers and her siblings.

As per available information, the girl was visibly upset over some unknown issue for the past few days. She died by suicide by hanging from the ceiling fan in her room. Her family members found her dead in the morning.

On receiving information, the Hayathnagar police reached the spot and took up investigation. No complaint was lodged yet.
