Student of Telangana Model School in Mutharam wins medals in international karate championship

Hasini won gold medal in the senior girls’ Kata category and silver medal in the Kumite (61 kg category)

Peddapalli: A student of Telangana Model School & Junior College, Dariyapur of Mutharam mandal, Mettu Hasini won two medals in the International Karate Championship held from May 9 to 11, in Ipoh City, Malaysia.

Showcasing an outstanding performance, Hasini won gold medal in the senior girls’ Kata category and silver medal in the Kumite (61 kg category). Hasini is an intermediate student.

Model school principal Dr Santosh Kesari and staff congratulated Hasini for winning medals at international level competitions and wished her to continue success and greater achievements in the future.
