Hyderabad: Schitt’s Creek star Eugene Levy is in India, and unlike other foreign stars who use their time in the country to travel and enjoy the picturesque locations here, the actor is here attending cricket training sessions!
The award-winning Canadian actor, popular for his role as Johnny Rose in the hit sitcom Schitt’s Creek, attended one of Rajasthan Royals’ training sessions where he met the team’s head coach and Indian cricket legend Rahul Dravid.
The actor has also received a personalised RR jersey from him!
The team has shared a video of Levy attending the training session on their official X account. In the video, Levy can be heard saying he’s a Royals fan.
“I’m a Royals fan. My first cricket team. And it will always be my first cricket team. Well then thank you,” Levy can be heard saying in the video.
Rajasthan Royals, however, has had a rather forgettable run this season with only three wins out of the 12 matches they have played so far. They are already knocked out of the playoffs race.
